Hi, my name is Tim. I've spent my entire career working with teams to make great products. I now spend my time helping others do the same. I love scaling teams, the art of product management, digital health, integration of hardware and software, and user-centered design. But more than anything, I love seeing the next generation of product leaders grow and succeed.

I now work, surf, play, learn and live in Guanacaste, Costa Rica (Pura Vida) with my wife and two boys.
